Dentist
Abby had to go back to the dentist on Tuesday. She had her extra tooth removed (it was growing in place of one of her front teeth), 2 fillings, and sealant put on a molar.
She did awesome. They gave her nitrous oxide and injected her gums to numb them. She didn't cry, flinch, whine or anything!

Evan
So Evan is almost 6 weeks old. He's been a very fussy baby from about 2 weeks old. I could tell it was tummy issues like gas and cramps cuz he would just bunch up and be stiff. Also sometimes he would just scream like he was in pain.
We switched him to sensitive formula but that really didn't help. I thought maybe he had reflux, but he doesn't spit ( Read more... ) -
Ruff day
Wednesday from 11-12 Abby has dance at a school that offers homeschool classes. It's a great school as far as dance goes but I'm kinda the odd ball out with the moms.
Yes I homeschool just like they do and yes I have a gang of kids that I tote w/me but I'm not all chipper and peppy. I usually see Abby gets into her class and then leave for 45 min ( Read more... ) -

Motherhood should be an Olympic event. This morning I changed my underwear, put on a pad (sorry if tmi), and put on jeans. Who cares right? Well, I did all this whilst Evan was strapped to my chest in the sling! No easy feat I dare say. It's just about impossible to bend over while wearing him.

Dentist
Took the kids to the dentist today. It was Liam's 1st visit. Having insurance is awesome. We can make the dentist a regular thing.
Last time Keith's teeth were horrid. He wasn't brushing properly and not flossing at all. But really he's a 10 yo boy.

New normal
Sean went back to work today :(. We need to adjust to a new normal here at home. Today was weird cuz sean came back home to take me and Evan to Evans dr appt and his parents came over to sit with the other 3 kids.
Tomorrow will be similar cuz I have to go to my dr to have my incision checked. Hopefully I'll be able to drive and lift things. I haven ( Read more... ) -

Evan Andrew Cooke
So I have another baby! He was born via c section Monday afternoon. He was 8lbs 6oz 21.5 inches long. My smallest! He's doing great other than some baby acne. We r going home from the hospital today and I'm excited to get on with our lives. Sean has had the other kids and has done fine w/them @ home.
