Stupid weather warnings for tomorrow... like, the possibility of history-making level of bad.

I hate tornadoes. I hate not having a basement or storm shelter. I'm so sick at the very thought of tomorrow's further stress and, of course, the idea of being pulled apart by a tornado.

I have realized that part of being Dauntless is being willing to make things more difficult for yourself in order to be self-sufficient. Thanks to an audiobook, I officially met my reading goal of 24 books. But I usually don't count audiobooks, plus this year's list has several short/children's books... not really impressive, though my page count is higher than last year. I'll try to do better in 2012! We went to a wedding last night where the 'gifts' on the table (in lieu of rice and candies) were coasters and "powdered drink mix" of the hot cocoa variety.

My kneejerk reaction? A raised eyebrow and a WTF.

Misfits minisode, saying good-bye to Nathan. I'm oddly going to miss his crass humor! I have no expectations for Rudy, the new guy, just hope he meshes well with the old crew. Even if by 'meshing' it really means he adds conflict... I'd be cool with that.
