Spent yesterday afternoon cleaning up and detoxing from the Halloween Party we threw Saturday night --- had a great time! Lots of friends, costumes, and plenty of alcohol -- always a good combination!! Jim and I dressed up as Dog the Bounty Hunter and Beth.... sorry the picture is so big!

Heading up to NY this weekend... really looking forward to a trip home, even if only for a few days!! The weekend will be way too short of course, and we'll be trying to see everyone as much as we possibly can in only 72 hours! Whew... finally getting back into the swing of things --- holidays tend to screw things up around our office, and taking a few vacation days on top of it always seems to guarantee that I'll have a big ass pile of work waiting for me to return! Wow.... it feels like the storms and rain will never end..... but really it's just been the past few days.... Lynchburg got over 3 inches -- just yesterday! It has been the torrential kind of rain, where you look out the window and can't see a freakin thing... lots of fun to drive in too!
