It's ttly a raccoon.
The fingers only appear that straight because of the decaying process.
If you look on it's palm, you can see the little fleshy nub pads they have. awh.

Two things I haven't seen mentioned in this.
In the words of a Primus song he is "Bloated, blue and cold". Well at least he is two of those. The blue coloring is part of death. The brown part is sun exposure. The guy is clearly starting to get a little bloated from decomposing.
