Silly question maybe, but I've never PvP'd very seriously so I'm not too clear on Blizzard's PvP policies ( Read more... )

One possibility is to not participate in TB when your team has it (and you know you are going to lose if your realm WTs), and then participate when your faction is attacking and you can kick butt as normal. It's not your fault if the other faction is standing around.

That's something I had considered, but since no one queues for defense anymore and practically everyone wants in on offense, it's a matter of luck being picked. Definitely worth a try, though.

My realm wintrades and there's nothing *I* can do about it, but I still run around farming HKs like a douche anyways. That of the Alliance title isn't going to earn itself!

I'm a hordie on a totally horde-dominated server. Even with the limits to getting into TB we were still keeping TB constantly until the 1800/180 change. Now it switches between horde and alliance like clockwork. It's a horrible bg, but I can't say I'm complaining about the honor gains. And now I don't have to feel bad for the alliance like WG used to make me.

I'm disappointed in Blizz for not fixing such a waste of time area, but I can't believe they'd punish people for a situation they made. And they'd be banning hundreds and hundreds of players per server.
