I had a dream last night that my roomates and I were in some large building somewhere, and floor 41 was some layer of Hell. Lots of the details are fading now, but I remember the general shape and layout from what I saw of it. It was very creepy. More later, if I still remember.

Last Wednesday was my final day at Barnes and Nobles. I was quitting that job, right on the cusp of being promoted to lead, to go over to the Marriott hotel Starbucks and get paid three more bucks an hour to do the same job. So, yesterday I suppose started my countdown at Barnes and Noble before switching to a higher paying job. Went up to Vermont for the past few days with TJ. Got to climb Mt Pisgah, which I haven't gotten to do since moving, visit with Jen and her friends, and drice around. Was a nice relaxing trip away from the city.

You know, I love the rain. I really do. I think it sounds nice, it makes the air smell pleasent, and the dismal clouds match my typically dismal personality. But come on. How many days has this been going on now? And the temperature outside is what, 40? For fuck's sake, its the end of bleedin May! At least let it be WARM rain.
