So... Last night I got back from the gym to find somoene's car I didn't recognize, parked in my space. I have a tandem space, basically one parking space, two cars deep. But everyone has parked in your driveway at one time or another, a few occassions as many as three times a night, so the appeal has really worn off over the years...

Lame sauce. It sucks when being nice gets you the ass end of the deal. I probably would have done the same thing if I were you.

Yeah, it sucks... but I'd rather be nice and occasionally get shafted, than always be an ass... I'm a strong believer in Karma... And I've seen what goes around come back around. I can accept that this is something minor and probably deserved on some level for an accumulation of minor offenses.

I'd like to know why good people who do good things end up getting the raw deal on many occassions :(

Or maybe its Balance...get good things but have to suffer some bad shit along the way?

I would never say that I get a raw deal on "many" occasions. It happens, yes. But FAR less than for those who spend their lived being jerks and making other's lives difficult. And yes... The bad times always help us appreciate the good!

Sorry to hear you got treated like that. Yeah, I would keep a towing company on speed dial in the future, especially if your parking situation is that bad.

In... 5 years, I've never had more than a handful of problems. Once a year, at most. Definitely not worth getting too worked up over. Most people see the signs and avoid our lot.

I have found over the years that fences, barbwire, land mines, guard dogs, and visible signs only deter the less motivated idiots.
