1. Duplicate your base and set to screen, (this depends on your image, you may need to leave this layer out completely)

2. New Adjustment layer, Hue/Saturation,
Master Saturation = +31

3. Add a new layer, fill with, #b5d5f3, set to Softlight

4. New Adjustment layer, Selective Colour,
Reds:   -100   +36   +35   +21
Yellows:   -100   +12   +12   -28
Cyans:   +100   +85   -55   0
Blues:   +100   -85   +65   0
Neutrals:   +17   +3   -1   +10
Blacks:   +21   +19   0   +22

5. New Adjustment layer, Hue/Saturation,
Master Saturations = +15

6. Paste this texture
 on top and set to Colour Burn

7 Paste this texture
and set to Screen 70%
