So this morning when the alarm went off instead of their usual routine of meowing at the top of their lungs for breakfast the cats plopped ontop of me to enjoy a couple snoozes worth of cuddle time. Much preferred.

So today was the last day the application to the nursing program could be post marked. They always tell the stories of the sobbing students trying to get it all together at the last minute and I was NOT going to be one of them. Wednesday is my favorite day of the week. It is park for free the national forest day use lots or something like that so I've been meeting Becky and some of her friends bright and early Wednesday morning for a hike up thumb butte. My tomato plant has teeny tiny little tomatos on it. Still green but somehow it's the most exciting thing. The bottom of the plant keeps drying up and getting brown but the leaves on top are good and it keeps budding new flowers so I think it's all good. Not sure how moving it will go - wonder if I could talk Brannon into keeping it at his house ( Read more... )
