I'm in a pretty weird headspace right now. I am trying to learn a new job (911 dispatch) in a high-stress, high-fail potential situation (ie if I flunk any of the tests in the 1st year I get fired) and I'm trying to figure out how to deal with a large group of new co-workers who don't know anything about me, my medical history and my "invisible ( Read more... ) -

So, in 911 academy: I just learned the 4 (or more) boundary streets for each of 21 separate police and fire jurisdictions. I say (or more) because, ferex, one specific boundary includes: 172nd Ave NE, 148th Ave NE, West Lake Sammamish Parkway NE AND SE, and 180th Ave SE.
