Everything was going wrong at work on Sunday. I had patients in excruciating pain and even though I was doing everything I could, it wasn't enough. One patient couldn't catch her breath. Two things. First: You are an amazing person for going into the nursing field. It takes a special person to do that and I applaud you! *hugs*

I would say 'break a leg' as far as wishing luck goes, but I think that only works for plays, not trapeze, and I certainly do not want you to get hurt! So, I'll go with "Good luck!" like a normal person.

The patient eating the cupcake just proves, though, that cupcakes are miracles.

Thank you... super nervous. My final rehearsal didn't go well, still have yet to do the whole thing through annnd I fell off for the first time. So angry at myself. But hopefully a bad rehearsal will mean a good show.

That's wonderful about your patient with the cupcakes!

And I'm sure you're doing everything you can for people. You're such a good person, and I'd love to have you as my nurse in a situation like that...even if you can't get things done because others are being frustrating, it's nice to know, when you're in hospital, that SOMEONE is looking out for you and caring for you.
