Last evening a handful of people from the hostel and I went to a cultural fair, then to some bars afterwards. There was a lot of good food, both cultural and latin american, at the festival. I took the night train from Frankfurt to Berlin. And thanks to some punk kids who decided to have a party in the train, apparently the drinking in public laws are somewhat leniant, I didn't get a lot of sleep. I left Tuesday, May 30 from Bradley airport in Hartford. Flight went well. In Dulles the original plane had an oil leak in the engine, so our flight was delayed 4 hours, so in total I spent 11 hours at Dulles. So we are now officially engaged. I asked her, in front of all her friends and family at her graduation party yesterday in Old Lyme. It was great.

Right now we are looking at a September/October 2007 wedding date. We will keep everyone informed.
