Chicago Con -- Jared Private Q and A

So this past weekend I was at the Supernatural Creation Con in Chicago. First things first, this serious was the Best. Con. Ever. I cannot stop squeeing about what an amazing time I had. If it's not the best weekend I've ever had, it's definitely close

Oh hun! Thanks so much for sharing this!! I am so sad we didn't hook up again so I could get it first hand but you were doing the VIP thing and I know avoiding the riff-raff. ;) (And I am kidding!) Jared has always seemed so funny and delightful. I'm convinced that the M&Gs are the perfect way to interact with the guys on this show and this adds to that feel.

I just love this whole report including the poop stories. Lol! Again, thank you so much for giving us a vicarious glimpse of Jared.

I'm sad we didn't get to hook up again too. Sunday was just soooo packed.

Jared was so completely amazing and awesome, friendly and hyper and funny. Really, he's the reason I ever started doing these cons in the first place -- watching video of him I just had to see it in person.

And you're right -- the private q and a's and the meet and greets (and the backstage time you get with the VIP pass) that's been some of my best moments of these cons. Not that the panels aren't freaking amazing, but getting to have actual conversations with the guests is a different kind of amazing.

You had both Jared and Jensen - that alone sounds like it had to be the best convention ever lol.

I loved Jared letting us in on a few upcoming eps..this season does sound amazing I hope it works out that way.! If the boys have anything to do with it they'll knock it out of the park.

Both J's q and a's were definite highlights of weekend. :) In fact, pretty much all of Sunday was a highlight of a weekend that had very few if any lowlights.

I love your description of Jared at the end. I hope he comes to germany next year so that I can meet him for the first time.

Jared is totally awesome. :) He seems incapable of sitting still and talks rapid fire, especially when he gets going. And I love his laugh.

I'd totally do the Q and A again if I got the chance.

I envy you getting to spend quality time with Jared like this, and the story about not getting Sadie out on time to do her doodoo is hilarious. If Jared had only listened to her the second time she woke up, he could have avoided that mess! But I've done the same with my dogs and had similar outcomes!

He's such a genuine person, Jared is. What you see is what you get. I love that about him, but I suspect he's a nightmare for those responsible for publicity and such. No filter on Jared, LOL!

One of the things that stood out for me in the Sadie story was that she woke him up by licking his feet. I had a hard time not "awww"ing at that. :)
