Sacro-Iliac joint #2

A few people have asked me what the sacro-iliac joint is. I found a somewhat decent link here: Sacroiliac Joint PainThe belt really is helping. It's definitely much easier to get up from a sitting position and it's less painful overall. I hope I don't have to wear this thing for twelve weeks though. Have you tried an SI belt? Mine helped me a lot.

What I used was a firm but slightly stretchy wide belt that wrapped around my hips and supported my SI joint. Mine velcro'd.

Hmm -- didn't you at one point wear my lumbar pack while hiking, and find that it helped your SI joint? Because that lumbar pack does put a bit of pressure in a similar spot (though it's applied differently).
