Sacro-Iliac joint #2

The belt really is helping. It's definitely much easier to get up from a sitting position and it's less painful overall. I hope I don't have to wear this thing for twelve weeks though. I won't make that decision as much as I might want. My chiro or someone else that can actually examine me will.
