It cracks me up that you're looking at phone models in detail, and the car gets one word. As for phones, I've never spent a lot of time looking at them, though I knew last time that I wanted a flip phone, it had to have a vibrating ring feature and I didn't want a camera. Federal (and immigraion, I learned last week) courts don't allow any cameras or recording devices inside, and I'd rather not have to store stuff with the security guards unless necessary. But I have a feeling you won't have that problem. ;-)
Well, I know phones. I know what kind of features I want, and how much I want to spend. On the other hand, beyond manual transmission and decent gas mileage, I have very little idea what I want in a car, or what's available in my price range. And, as I'll almost certainly be buying second-hand, what is available on the lot is hard to predict. Rest assured, I will be just as dilligent when it comes to buying a car.
I find that amusing, but I also love the bit about how he's going to "pick up" a car. "Amy, I'm just going to pop down to the used car lot and pick up a car, OK?" "Don't we still have that last one, though?" "No, I left it a flaming wreck in a ditch, so we need another now." "OK, remember that dinner's at six."
