Kogepan is an anime about a piece of burnt bread (yes, really). It comes in ten 4-minute chunks, is the cutest thing ever, and will make you feel better about life. I got the fansub off of IRC back in the day, but now all ten eps are on Youtube: Kogepan.

Yesterday was an interesting day of the "may you live in interesting times" sort. It snowed, so I left work early in case it stuck (25-mile commute + icy roads = not so much fun). So, the bosspeople once again decided to send me on a trip to another state to cover a Microsoft field office. This time it's the one in Denver, which happens to be nice and close to where my aunt and my two little cousins live (Fort Collins).
