My work thinks I'm the bomb

Just had my performance review this morning, and I am the top-rated tech in my group for 2005. Considering that 2005 was my first full year at this company, that ain't bad. The boss says that I'll be getting another raise as soon as merit increases roll around, and he also wants to get me into leadership training and help me get my MS certs - good career-advancement type stuff there.
