So, I'm watching a couple eps of The Invisible Man: Season 2, and I keep having to pause, then rewind, because did that REALLY just happen? DID MY HEAD EXPLODE FROM JOY? Holy crap, did he just grope himself? Did Fawkes just try to bribe Hobbes with money to be with him? (see: again!!! for the second time!!! *!!!*)
Did I really just have a twenty-first birthday? Because I feel like I'm thirteen all of a sudden.
The slash, it makes my head spin. Vincent, my dear, you are pure genius.

2x21:
Hobbes is gearing up his team to go search for Fawkes, all decked out in his rugged gear and looking pretty fine, if you ask me.
Hobbes: All right, fellas! Today is for one of our own. Today is for... F..Fawkes!
*camera pans away from shocked!Hobbes to Darien in the hallway, groping himself*
Darien: *gropes his crotch and stomach, looks at Hobbes (we see his red eyes, which means he's going Quicksilver Mad*( Hobbes-y, I'm home. I brought you a little treat.
Darien saunters over and pulls Arnaud (sp?) into sight, grinning like a maniac, and does the little laugh he does whenever he's managed to secure Bobby's attention. The whole 'yeah, you like that?' which is just so frequently said between them you have to wonder how it got past the censors each and every time.
Example The Second
2x21:
Bobby!Hobbes shoots up a truck. Darien watches from a distance, throwing his arms up in the air and doing the victory dance thing. The truck stops, broken.
Fawkes (waaaaaaay turned on): Oh, *baby*, you are the *man*.
Bobby saunters out of van, in full gear. So smug.
Fawkes (shouts): You the man! You the man, baby! Bobby Hobbes is the man!
One of my bulletproof kinks, newly discovered: Men calling other men 'baby' in a non-sarcastic, totally serious way. I need to put up a video clip of just that moment, because wow, the way he SAYS it. *restrains self*
I am so dedicating my day off to working on my 'Underdog' vid for this show and capping random Fawkes/Hobbes moments for some I-Man picspam.
