My boss thinks it might be weird if I show up for the release party for the product I don't work on. snff. I got invited a couple months ago, and it's not like I get to go on release parties for my product. Below the cut are pictures of me pre-and-post surgery. Don't worry, I'm fully clothed. The before pictures were taken at Wiscon, this May. For the record, I felt like I looked pretty good. The after pictures were taken yesterday, in the same outfit. In both cases, I weighed the same, within about 5 lbs.

The thing about hospitals is that they are against you getting 8 hours of sleep in a row, because they want to take your vitals every 4. Fair enough, I guess. It's their party.
