More fun with dinner

So thanks to elspethsheir's inspiring post today, I made a sort of bacon and tomato hash (and I did add cremini mushrooms) to go with baguette (and it was really tasty), but that wasn't the highlight of dinner. Instead I made another composed salad:

It was a delicious dinner all around! And so nice to have surprise company, too. :) But guess what? I have leftover tomato bacon hash for dinner, and I want it NOW for breakfast, because it was so yummy. Thank you so much for the inspiration! Good food always makes me happier.

Dinner sounded YUM!!! Plus I love 'spontaneous cooking ideas' like what you did with the artichokes & then from there thinking of what to mix it with at the store ^^ & your Mum's Easter parcel sounds sweet <3 It's always a mini celebration opening parcels (heheh I just love getting mail! xD)

Thank u for the Cartoon KAT-TUN screencaps!! I agree- the whole episode was very cute & funny!! xD It's just great being able to laugh with those adorkable 'bakas' xD again! They are seriously best at cracking ppl up when they're all together xD I love the colourful & friendly sea setting for the show & I felt they made a good choice for the show's 1st guest! AI being sporty, lively & spontaneous gave the show a good start & maybe even helped KAT-TUN liven things abit & ease them in their 1st independent series (??) ^_-

It was just so nice, from start to finish! I got home and immediately started cooking, so I didn't open the parcel from my mom until both N and icajoleu arrived, so I got nice things: bf and friend plus gifties all at the same time! And then to cap it with a wonderful meal...Perfect!

You're very welcome for the caps! I almost didn't do them because I figured everyone's friends list might be flooded with people doing the same thing, but in the end they were so cute that I couldn't resist. I agree - they do seem to function best as a group - they all have their strengths and they play well off each other. Junno was hilarious, and Ueda's smiles made me so happy!
