I can't stand people who have to give the backstory when it's totally unneccessary. This happens to me all the time with the Admins. They hit me up on the Nextel 2-way to ask me to call a customer or something, and they drone on and on about the case instead of just getting to the point.
The worst thing is, since it's a 2-way and not a telephone, you can't override them; you just have to wait until they finish talking and take their thumb off the button.
But people, if it can't fit on a bumper sticker, it's too long a message.
