Not really. It's $326 a month. BUT, if you sign up for auto-delivery, they give you 10% off for the first three months (so $293) and 15% off thereafter, plus free shipping (and you get a whole week free the first month). You still have to buy fruit, dairy/protein, and veggies. Our food budget is about the same now as it was before. And it's a lot of food.
For breakfast, the "men" program gets a dairy item, a low-glycemic index carb, and fruit in addition to the Nutrisystem breakfast. At lunch, you get the carb, a protein, a salad, and the NS lunch. Then you get a dairy or protein snack, and a fruit snack. For dinner, it's the carb, a salad or fruit, the NS dinner, two servings of veggies, and two small fat servings (like, a TBSP of full-fat salad dressing is one). And THEN you get a dessert. If you spread it out well, you're never really hungry.
