$293 a month (if you sign up for the auto-order, when they ship it out to you every month automatically till you cancel). That gives you 28 breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and desserts/snacks (35 for the first month, because they give you a week free). You still have to buy fruit/juice, salad, protein (eggs and canned tuna work), and vegetables - and, if you're a guy, some kind of carb (Joe got a loaf of bread). But we spent at least that every month anyway - I'd go to the grocery store about every other night and spend at least $20 per visit, and that's not even counting work lunches.
