what happened?
sometimes i worry i am not capable of closeness.
i can relate to people, sometimes painfully well, but i don't know how to be close to any one.
also, i am horrible at carrying the weight of a conversation.

this isn't really how it happens, but it is convenient to think of the writing process as simply staring at the blank page until words begin to appear.
and that is not anywhere near as easy as it sounds.
anyway. back to staring. -

everything is slowly (painfully-exquisitely-sublimely) falling into place. really, it is kind of scary how the external world seems to be imitating my inner workings. Carl Jung would call it Synchronicity and maybe it is. who knows ( Read more... ) -

random thought:
it occurred to me as i was walking though campus today that i am very glad to be taking Shanaz's class. because if i think too much already, at least now i will be good at it. (incidentally, according to her, i am "one of the most analytical students [she] has ever had, period." - that is terrifying, especially coming from her, ( Read more... ) -
kaleidoscope eyes...
are my eyes just kaleidoscopes that turn everything into paradoxes or is that just the nature of truth?
