I binged all weekend and I've been haaating myself, and today I finally got up the courage to get on the scale, to assess the damage... and I'm down 1.5 lbs. I stepped on and off like 10 times to make sure. I'm back to 90 lbs, yay! How is it possible that I ate so much and not only didn't gain, but lost?? I don't know, but I am SO relieved. And so
