Nursing a flourishing cold. Bleah.

But such a useful excuse for many things:

• Eating take out
• Eating Pepperidge Farm Cookies
• Reading two trashy mystery novels - Nicci French
• Sleeping in
• Trying to take sick day - but was called in anyway, but will leave early

Very exciting day for the US tomorrow. I hope all goes well!!

Apathetic. That describes me at the moment.. It's partly to do with this cold that I think I'm coming down with. The virus can't seem to make up it's mind, but all the impending symptoms are there - tasteless coffee, uneasy tummy and prickly eyes that want to close.

In a super-duper-hyper-cranky mood today.

The tone of voice is sharp today as are the words lovingly chosen to wound, hurt and poke away at your weakest point.

So relaxing not to be the nice guy all the time, and just give in to a bad mood. Didn't sleep well last night - too many truly boring reasons.

Wed morning, still grey.

Hit rock-bottom last night, I hope it's rock-bottom, the very bottom of the bottomest pit. Because I don't want to go there again.  Stupid LDFs. Stupid, stupid, stupid.

Human hormones - so crazy. I hate them.
