Here's my latest obssession.  The 20 oz. bottles of Diet Coke that are so ubiquitous in delis and convenience stores have had special caps on them for a couple months now.  You unscrew the cap, and inside it either says "Drink Coke Play Again" or "You Win 1-Liter Coke Product."

The pink magnolias by the monument are already dropping their petals, the cherry trees on North Charles Street are fully budded, and the Bradford pears have got it going on.  The peak bloom for the D.C. cherry trees is supposed to be this weekend, and I believe it.  Methinks we'd better get down there on Sunday -- what say you, Best Beloved?
