You know what I like the most about this Caravan?

The stairs. Stairs are great. Stairs are convenient. Stairs usually mean that walkways and bridges are still around and haven't... rotted away or been eaten or something.

You know, I am inclined to agree with you. But I must admit, the thing I miss the least...is the Darkspawn. As nice as it would have been to ride an ogre across Ferelden--and relaxing--it would have mattered very little when our mount was brutally slaughtered by Darkspawn bent on our destruction. Is this Darkspawn anything like Corruption? Dark, gooey, just as likely to murder you with its smell as well as monsters sprouting out of nowhere?

Why in the world would you not use walkways and stairs? It seems highly unreasonable to avoid the usage of something made for the purpose. Avoiding their maintenance until they are falling apart also strikes me as highly irresponsible. [we aren't going to go into the 'eaten' part because that's just silly. >_>]

Finally, someone who talks sense! I guess it couldn't be helped the last time, but here? The stairs are still working the way they're supposed to!

Yes, and really, so long as they work properly there is no reason not to use them. There is even an elevator that works quite well for when the stairs are not convenient.
