I had to swap in a completely different ending on mine, as I couldn't end it on a downward note, so I had to try and tie everything together. I am so glad that worked for you; it was one of the things I was really unsure about as that whole section was completely new cloth.

And okay, I remembered how last year you'd been left high and dry, which is why I was determined to get the story done for you as soon as I could, so it would be there for you when the archive opened. No one likes to be left waiting, no matter how good the pinch hit is. I think I turned mine in nearly a month in advance. *g*

I did go crazy with the challenges again this spring. I signed up for the stargate universe remix, so I'm going to try this all out again pretty darn soon. This was a lot of fun.

What I love about that is that what he's saying about Atlantis is so clearly a statement about himself. Oh, Rodney.
