After waking up, I went downstairs and on the kitchen counter I saw a heavy A4-size envelope, addressed to me. It was from McMaster University in Canada. The letter's tone was very excited and they were writing to tell me about the Welcome Week which would have barbecues [with a vegetarian option!!] and other events. Hamilton is a nice little town and you will be close enough to Toronto for weekends in the city!

Joyful noises all around for our Danny-Boy and his glorious success. But in all honestly, we all knew you'd pull it off.

You might want to contact McMaster U and formally decline. It'll hurry up the process of wait-listing for some less talented indian boy trying to get into the university.

I thought of declining, but I dunno how exactly to go about it. Maybe I should do it through the Ontario Universities Applications Center.
