While it sucks dirty donkey balls....ebay/paypal CAN move money out of your account, just as ANY other banking type insitiutions can. Usually for one of several reasons

already called first thing this morning. Has to be done in writing. The CC isn't a "real" CC it's one of those Prepaid deals so they have different rules.

You might try disputing it through your bank. We had a funky charge come through a few weeks ago and the bank temp. put it back in out acct. while they were checking it out.

It couldn't hurt to try.
