So I just found out about this group through a fellow whovian's LJ and I thought I'd inrtoduce myself and share in the Doctor Who love. ^_^ Been crocheting since I was about 8, but have only truly been active with crafting things for the last 5 years. Yeah, if the Weeping Angels actually looked like my little doll...well it would be my own fault for getting sent back in time as I would have to pick up something that adorable. XD I love detail and since there wasn't much else I could do for the doll, I settled for giving it a key.

These are so cute! I especially love the cyberman and weeping angels. Can't wait to see what you do with a Dalek :)

Thanks! I'm so glad you like those two as they're the ones that get the least amount of love on my deviantart account. :(

I've actually sketched out the Dalek design already so after I finish TenII (or at least blue suit Ten), I'll be making up the pattern for it. I'll be sure to post it up when it's done though. :)

I frankly love that Rose's hair has dark roots. ;-D

I couldn't have left them out even if I wanted to. First thought on designing her doll was 'How best to make her roots...' ^_~

I'm absolutely enthralled. Little button eyes! Ten's sideburns! Rose's dark roots!

^_^ Thank you! Button eyes just seem less 'soulless' to me for a doll (the smooth round ones creep me out *shivers*). And of course I had to have sideburns and roots! I'm way into details and to me its those little things that can help define a character sometimes ya know?

btw, I love and am flattered by your icon XD

Borrowed it from rdlenix ages ago -- it does come in especially handy at times when commenting to this comm or crafty_tardis!

Thanks :)

The pinstripes are what really make Ten work. I mean, yeah, the hair is important too but once I sew on the stripes I just smile cause it looks so right. ^_^
