i have delved back into anthem by ayn rand. it's hard to believe it has been 3 years since i last read it. many of the things inside it i'll need to hear and hopefully they will help with the onslaught of the next few months and what they have in store for me. brutal is all i have to say at this juncture.

Hey, I have John Titor as a myspace buddy! There are interesting snippets of the futurist cookbook in Mike Patton's "Pranzo Oltranzista" album. Unfortunately, the album is higher on concept than substance.

Try not to take Ayn Rand too seriously, I've found her writings to be misused as a rationalization for being selfish. Of course, maybe you could use a little selfishness.

i'm going to see if i can get hold of this album. even though as you say it is higher on concept than substance my interest has been peaked.

i don't believe i misuse or understand her writings but they are quite the inspiration and believe i deserve a little selfishness right now.

what does 'oltranzista' mean? the only word i got from the album title is 'lunch'.

Hiding from it as much as possible. I'm staying in this weekend to hang out with Paul on Xmas Eve/Day, since he's actually off, then travelling about to see relatives and high school friends in Louisville from the 26th until the 29th or 30th.
