We begin with a typical worker bee in a call centre, sitting down to her workstation at close of break, with coffee in hand. Said coffee gets balanced on top of a CRT monitor, which is a bad place to put it, because it gets joggled and ends up being poured into the top of the monitor, entering through the vents.
