I've been looking forward to this for such a long time! It was such a treat! And oh my, the plot just keeps getting thicker and thicker! It was so nice to finally have Mei (loved the way she scolded Mishyael! That poor man. Getting old sucks!) and Winry brought into the story. I'm going to assume that there will be some interaction between Ed and Mishyael at some point. Really looking forward to those particular sparks flying! I know you put a lot of considered thought into this work, but please update soon!

Thank you! We're actually getting more into the meat of the story (finally, right?), so expect more intrigue and conspiracy.

Yeah but Scar's such a bad-ass that he could be 110 and he'd still be curb-stomping most people.

We worked out Misha-dear's probable age for this, and realized that the physical punishment he's put his body through most of his adult life is going to take its toll, sooner or later. Having Mei scold him about it was an opportunity to remind all our readers that time has passed, and lighten the mood a little before going back to the dangerous intrigue and the Elric Aura of Improbable and Weird.

Ed and Misha interacting--oh, now that's going to be an interesting scene, indeed, and not just because of those two strong personalities.

Ed and Al^^; curious and nervous Naomi. troubled Tiras over where to put the elephants. anxious and furious Mishyael. everything is fitting so well in place. and I want to know what comes next!

Hee hee--we had fun setting up a cameo character, and now that we've got her she very well might turn up with another deliberately bad but very informative drawing! I've been anticipating posting that particular scene for quite some time now, and hoping you'd enjoy it. It seems only fitting that the artist who designed so many of our characters (I still adore Asher, he's so cute!) should get some in-story recognition!

Ooo, now I'm curious--what edits are you making to the picture?

Ed and Al--that sketch you drew of the two of them captures that scene so perfectly! Those two are so much fun in their sibling sparring.
