last night i trained in my room. I put on some ben folds, knowing he had alot of varying tempos for interval training, and rode. i had so much fun on my own, and i did so well. I had my trainer set on 5, so i had that base resistance, then i adjusted the gears according to the tempo of the song. "Get your hands pff of my woman" is an amazing warmup ( Read more... )
