Yesterday radiantbaby came over for Movie Night (tm). I enjoy movie night. ( and last night was no exception )

In spite of getting all four wisdom teeth pulled yesterday, I had a wonderful and productive day today.

I can't believe it is less than 2 weeks until Christmas. I have finished all my shopping and have some of it wrapped already. ( this weekend, we had some fun... )

I don't remember the last time I gave a real update, so I thought I would throw something out there. ( my week in a nutshell )

We had a great saturday and a great libation. I got to Big Trees Forest Preserve in Sandy Springs at 12:18ish. Shortly thereafter, radiantbaby and justben arrived. ( after that, revelry ensued )

I am posting this so that I remember it. I would love to use this for the Libation to Hera when her month comes around. (maybe in conjunction with the poem that radiantbaby wrote.) I can already see the libation coming together...but it is a ways off ( Read more... )

The Hellenion libation for November is Ares. Matt just bought me an Ares statue due to a windfall he received from the changes in stock options from ISS to IBM. (He said he wanted to buy me something, so I asked him who he would buy for me and he picked Ares - he didn't even know the libation for Ares was this month.) It is a kick-ass Ares too.
