It wasn't an actual episode, it was from a dream I had. So there's no clip to show :p

and idk if I was really clear on this, but basically (in the dream) Pinkie was singing made-up lyrics to an actual (instrumental) song that exists IRL (outside of MLP:FIM). At least, I know I've heard it before.

Any chance it's the Hungarian Rhapsody? It's a very long piece of music with lots of different parts, so you might have to listen to the entire thing to find the part you're looking for. If it helps, the faster part starts at around 6:52, which is the part that tends to be used in old-school cartoons, etc. But even from then on it changes a lot, so to be safe you should listen to the whole thing from 6:52 on. IIRC, Daffy Duck & I think Donald Duck did a dueling pianos-type thing playing this in Who Framed Roger Rabbit?.

Hm... I don't think so, I listened to the whole thing and nothing really jumped out at me. The Roger Rabbit clip is kiiiiiind of similar but not the same (plus that was one of my favorite movies growing up, and I did think of adding in the entry that the song from Roger Rabbit wasn't it, but I couldn't remember where in the movie it was--I'd thought it was the song Roger was dancing to on top of the bar. FTR, it's not that song, either.)

(Although now I feel certain that I've heard the beginning part(s) somewhere now, as well. Probably in like a bunch of movies or something.)
