looking for a CSI episode

I'm looking for a tv episode from probably around ten years ago. I think it was one of the CSIs, but I'm not positive. What I remember is that the case was a guy whose wife was kidnapped and they were trying to find her. Eventually they find her in a sewer and the husband was the culprit or he'd at least hired someone. The scene that stands out
