I'm having trouble finding an older european actor (possibly eastern/northern european) who has played a villian (I believe, or might have just acted) in a only few recent American movies. The characters that he has portrayed, however, have been American. His name is "strange" (at least for American tastes) and sounds/looks/reminds me of "Jurgen
