I don't know why, but I've been struggling lately with the urge to cook far more food than we can possibly manage to pack up the freezer. But as someone who has spent two summers horrifically pregnant at this time of year:

Whatever you need to do to feel comfortable... DO IT. Find a pool and refuse to come out. Go to the movies and put your feet up. Crank the AC. Eat ice cream for all three meals.

Other than making sure you stay hydrated, do anything. You deserve it.
