Spaghetti Sauce Italiano

Hi All I am back! :) It has been a while since my last entry. I hope everyone is well.

This recipe is totally delicious here it is :)

It's not just a spaghetti sauce. Serve it over your favorite pasta or try a variety.

whats the tapioca for?

Tapioca is often used as a thickening agent, so that would be my best guess.

Yes that's exactly right :)

a preparation of cassava-root starch used as a food, in bread or as a thickening agent in liquid foods, notably puddings but also soups and juicy pies.

Tapioca? That's not very Italiano. Not a texture I favor in spaghetti sauce, either. I'd thicken it with tomato paste. You can drain the tomatoes, too, if you're worried about thin sauce.

(My Sekrit Ingredient in a meat sauce like this is a pinch of aniseeed or fennel. Also a dollop of red wine. Mmm.)

Well, I was happy with the results and tried to use it as a low carb.

Ahh and i forgot to mention I didn't use to much of the Tapioca just enough though to get it just right.
