I've always cared naught about my weight but how my clothes feels and how my body feels. Seems to be the more sane way to go. :D

Huh.. if biking 3 times a week for 20-45 minutes is moderate, well I've got that down most of the time I think. Especially between that and the long walks I'll take. Wouldn't have figured.

I thought it was a little weird too. I would think 'moderate' would be 20-45 every DAY while heavy would be hour plus of biking every day. And Intense would be training for a marathon.

I also gain muscle really, really easily, so my weight my remain consistent, but I'll be swapping fat for muscle.

And yeah, I was doing a little bit of research and apparently, just to survive, like, if I were in a coma, I would still use up 1800 calories. So, I'll get a bit of an easier start doing this, since my calorie need is SO HIGH right now to maintain... I should drop pounds fairly quickly in the beginning, which is always motivational!

As soon as I can get back on my bike, I will be MUCH happier. I just have had some SERIOUS insomnia recently, so I can't ride to work. (Too tired, waking up too late)

I'm putting 130 in there as a guide, because I don't want people thinking I'm going to try to kill myself. ::laughs:: It's half what I weigh now, and about where I think I'd be happy. They say for my height my ideal body weight is between 108-130ish anyway.
