I also gain muscle really, really easily, so my weight my remain consistent, but I'll be swapping fat for muscle.

And yeah, I was doing a little bit of research and apparently, just to survive, like, if I were in a coma, I would still use up 1800 calories. So, I'll get a bit of an easier start doing this, since my calorie need is SO HIGH right now to maintain... I should drop pounds fairly quickly in the beginning, which is always motivational!

As soon as I can get back on my bike, I will be MUCH happier. I just have had some SERIOUS insomnia recently, so I can't ride to work. (Too tired, waking up too late)

I'm putting 130 in there as a guide, because I don't want people thinking I'm going to try to kill myself. ::laughs:: It's half what I weigh now, and about where I think I'd be happy. They say for my height my ideal body weight is between 108-130ish anyway.

Yes! ::Grins::

But, yeah, imagine 5'2" and 260lbs!

Actually, I do wear my weight really well. I wear size 44x32 pants. Not too bad, but not where I want to be either.

I don't feel healthy, that's the problem.

I feel like I have high blood pressure, and I'm very easily winded. My knees are also shot to crap because of all the weight they're carrying. (I also have Osgood Schlatter in one knee, still!) When I weighed less, I felt better, so, back I go!
