I've been quite neglectful of blogging recently.

I meant to finish writing this the other day, but got distracted with a few other items. I'll go back and give it a go:

So the other day, I decided, why not make Eugenia Jam? We have a Eugenia tree (Eugenia Myrtifolia/Syzygium Paniculatum) in the back yard, and apparently its past the blooming stage

hmm.. didn't think of taking pictures of pre and post jam.. maybe i'll do that today? my mom wants to make some more :D

ooh, let me know how long it take to go to long island, or we can meet somewhere in between? We're pretty much staying about 2 days in NYC. (parents have friends there too.)
