Very insightful analysis of this episode that upset so many fans.

I would very much like to read your view on H.O.U.N.D. Personally I had great problems with that episode. I considered John walking out on Sherlock in his hour of need highly uncharacteristic. Sherlock was behaving like a complete git but John should be used to that by now and it was obvious Sherlock was deeply shaken.
And the experiment John was subjected too was too brutal and worse, Sherlock fully realises he's passing all boundaries so he shouldn't enjoy doing it.

I like this examination of Irene's plan. I was obvious that most of the plan to uncover Bond Air and the Intel on Terrorist activities was Irene's. This I think can be inferred from the Pool scene when she calls Jim. XD
