Oh god, I keep pushing out of my mind the 7 a.m. gun time, and the temperature (cold? what's that?). Aiee.

Cold? 60F? I was thinking that training in the hot weather would be good practice. Hmm...

No, that's true, good point. Actually, remembering going running early in the morning in Kansas City a couple months ago, it was 55 or 60 out and that was PERFECT.
