Well it's so beautiful out that i'm off for a walk/run in a couple of mins ;) I'm hoping my running will get better and i can get a rhythm going!! Anyway here's my plan for today

Oh this is delicious and filling!! You take 1/2c oatmeal, 1/2c of soy or milk or almond breeze or whatever you use i use AB, 1/2c water add in 1/2c mango or crushed pineapple, 1/4c shredded carrrot cook until done when finished stir in 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp brown sugar(i just added sweetner), sprinkle on top 1 tsp unsweetened coconut, 1 tsp pecan bits. Mix 2 tbsp fage yogurt(i just used silhouette plain) with 1 tbsp sf maple syrup
I swear it's the best breakfast i've had in a while ;) And you can tweak it as you want ;)
