Well it's so beautiful out that i'm off for a walk/run in a couple of mins ;) I'm hoping my running will get better and i can get a rhythm going!! Anyway here's my plan for today:
carrot cake oatmeal-6
2x whole wheat tortilla's made into chips, skinny hummus, salsa, ff sour cream, banana-5.5
sweet and sour boneless, skinless chicken thighs, spinach salad, lemon poppyseed dressing, mango/yogurt/fibre one cereal almons-8.5
